For the 1st Conference on 21st Annual Day, 2020, we would like to invite papers and
practitioners who have been working in private and public sectors of Myanmar to
contribute their expertise and research findings. By submitting and contributing the
papers on 1st conference on 21st Annual Day. We especially welcome papers on one of the following subjects:

CENTRAL INSTITUTE OF CIVIL SERVICE (UPPER MYANMAR) 21ST Annual Day
- PPP Model for Myanmar
- Digital Governance

- Management and Leadership
- Public Policy / Public Administration

LANGUAGE AND FORMAT
- Any one of Myanmar or English Language can be used.

KEY DATES AND DEADLINES
Abstract and full papers are kindly requested to send not late than the following
deadlines:
- Deadline for submission of abstracts: 27 December 2019;
- Deadline for submission of the final full papers: 10 January 2020;
- Conference Date: 5-6 February 2020;
