Main subjects and objects taught by Law Department

No	Subject	Objective
1	အထူးဉပဒေများ	To know about the special law’s sense and nature. To apply the concept of law in the Public Administration Field. To build the Public trust in accordant with the better service delivery and honesty of civil service.
2	နိုင်ငံဝန်ထမ်းဉပဒေနှင့် နည်းဉပဒေများ	To enhance the civil servants’ abilities in civil service’ organization which we have to supervise and take responsibilities.
3	အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ ဉပဒေ	To understand the essences of the international law. To apply the legal knowledge dealing with their duties and responsibilities
4	Constitutional and Administrative Law	To study the separation of power, to the extent possible, among the three branches of sovereign power namely, legislative power, executive power and judicial power and the exertion of reciprocal control and check and balance among themselves To improve the good habits of applying and abiding by the Administrative rights and authorities in accordance with laws

1	မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတရား စီရင်ရေးစနစ်နှင့် ဖွဲ့စည်းတည် ဆောက်ပုံ	To support the rule of law and state community peace in forming the Myanmar Judiciary System.
2	မြန်မာဓလေ့ ထုံးတမ်းဉပဒေ	To understand the customs of State and nationality. To undertake lawfully in public social matters. To get the legal knowledge. To understand the nature of law.
3	ရာဇဝတ်ကျင့်ထုံး ဉပဒေ	To understand the nature of the code of criminal procedure. To Know the nature of the duties and responsibilities, the Code of Criminal Procedure by Public, Courts, Legal Office, Police Force and organization of prosecution. To obey the orders, rules, procedures and instructions in serving their duties.
4	အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ ဉပဒေ	To understand the meaning and nature of international law. To know the historical development of international law. To know the sources of international law.
5	နိုင်ငံတော်ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံ အခြေခံဉပဒေများ	To understand the nature of law To improve the good habits of applying rights and responsibilities in accordance with laws in performing their duties.

Civil Service Personnel are intended to know the special laws so that they can protect Rule of Law and State Peace in line with the law.
